Castle Mirabell – Town Salzburg

Originally called "Altenau", the castle Mirabell was built in 1606 by the order of Wolf Dietrich for Salome Alt. The angel staircase of Raphael Donner, which leads to the Marble Hall, the most beautiful wedding hall of Central Europe, is particularly worth seeing. The Mirabell Garden with groups of statues is built after models from the Greek mythology. "Zwergelgarten", baroque museum, nature theatre. The garden borders on the congress house and the rehabilitation center.
